Nassfeld Pass

The pass is at an altitude of 1,552 meters, and the road is accessible year-round on both the Austrian and Italian sides. Carinthia's largest ski area is located at the top of the pass on the Austrian side.

Wurzen Pass

The Wurzen Pass is an Alpine pass over the Karawanks between Carinthia in Austria and Slovenia. With a pass elevation of 1,073 meters, it is one of the lower-altitude passes in Slovenia.

Windy Height

The Windische Höhe is a mountain pass at 1,110 meters located on the border between the municipalities of St. Stefan and Paternion in Carinthia. Here, the districts of Villach-Land and Hermagor meet.

Kreuzberg Saddle

The Kreuzberg Saddle, also known as the Kreuzberg, is a 1,074-meter-high mountain pass in the Gailtal Alps, which run through Upper Carinthia. A road runs over the saddle, connecting the upper Drau Valley with the Gail Valley.

Gailberg Saddle

The Gailbergsattel is a 981m high mountain pass in Carinthia that connects the two towns of Oberdrauburg in the north and Kötschach-Mauthen in the south.

Plöcken Pass

The Plöcken Pass, at 1,357 meters, is a pass in the Carnic Alps on the route from Kötschach-Mauthen in the Gailtal Valley (Carinthia) to Timau in Friuli, Italy. From there, the route continues south to Tolmezzo and Udine.
