For your vacation at the Hotel Garni Zerza there are many different rooms, apartments & vacation apartments available. Most of them are located in the main building, the rest are in the adjoining building. These are located just 200m from the valley lift station and a 5-minute walk from the main building . The Moritz bakery is just a minute's walk from the Talbahn apartments. There you will find a large selection of breads and pastries. You can also have breakfast there from 7 am.

Cancellation - Cancellation of travel
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the following general cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival is free of charge. If you cancel within the 14 days, we reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fees:
- 10 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the booked stay
- 6 to 2 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount of the booked stay
- 1 day before arrival until the day of arrival: 90% of the total amount of the booked stay
In the event of unused rooms or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Zerza Zuckerl - Postpone your vacation free of charge
Unfortunately, it can always happen that you are unable to take advantage of your booked vacation.
At the Hotel Garni Zerza, you don't have to cancel your stay. For stays of 3 nights or more, you can postpone your stay free of charge . Please let us know in advance of any changes to your vacation plans, and we'll simply rebook your stay in the Nassfeld region.

You can reach the Hotel Garni Zerza in Nassfeld from all directions by car or sustainably by train. Use the train connection to Hermagor and take the train station shuttle to the hotel in just 10 minutes.
