When can I check in and out?
Check-in is possible from 14:00. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the room by 10:00 am. Payment can be made the day before.
Where is the hotel located?
The Hotel Garni Zerza is located in Tröpolach - at Nassfeld in Carinthia. If you are coming from Hermagor on the B111, you will find us directly at the entrance to the village on the right-hand side.
If you are coming from Kötschach-Mauthen, drive through Tröpolach. Our hotel is located after the gas station on the left-hand side.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit of € 200.00 is required to guarantee your booking.
What advantages does the hotel offer motorcyclists?
Motorcyclists are also welcome for just one night.
There is a lockable garage, a trailer parking lot, a drying room, washing facilities with high-pressure cleaner, a screwdriver corner and a biker info point.
There are special bike packages and in the event of bad weather there is no cancellation fee.
Which motorcycle tours are possible from Tröpolach?
Our hotel is located at the foot of the Nassfeld Pass - ideal for tours through Carinthia, East Tyrol, Italy and Slovenia. Six Alpine passes and numerous winding roads await you in the surrounding area. You can obtain tour suggestions directly from us.

Are guided motorcycle tours offered?
Yes, there are guided tours three times a week - but not all of them depart directly from Tröpolach.
Where can I park my motorcycle?
Your motorcycle sleeps safely with us in the so-called "biker's nest" - a locked garage especially for motorcycles.
Can I wash my motorcycle at the hotel?
Yes, there are separate washing facilities with a high-pressure cleaner and cleaning agents for helmets. There is also a screwdriver corner.
Is there a motorcycle workshop nearby?
Yes, the nearest garage is in Kirchbach, about 10 km from the hotel.
When is breakfast served?
Our breakfast buffet is available daily from 07:00 to 10:00.
We offer a rich self-service buffet with a large selection of regional and fresh products.

Two restaurants in the village offer regional cuisine and are within easy walking distance.
Andi's Bar with snacks is available for small appetites - our guests receive a 10% discount there.

Discounted tickets for panoramic roads are available directly at the Hotel Garni Zerza.
