Information for your stay
For your vacation at Hotel Garni Zerza, we offer a wide variety of rooms, apartments, and vacation rentals. Most of them are located in the main building, while the rest are in the annex. The annex is just 200 meters from the valley cable car station and a 5-minute walk from the main building . The Moritz Bakery is just a one-minute walk from the valley cable car apartments. There, you’ll find a wide selection of breads and pastries. You can also have breakfast there starting at 7 a.m.

Cancellation - Cancellation of travel
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the following general cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival is free of charge. If you cancel within the 14 days, we reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fees:
- 10 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the booked stay
- 6 to 2 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount of the booked stay
- 1 day before arrival until the day of arrival: 90% of the total amount of the booked stay
In the event of unused rooms or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
