Hotel Garni Zerza (Zerza Hotel GmbH) places great importance on the accessibility of its digital offerings. - Compatibility with screen readers: Due to the occasional absence or incorrect use of `aria-label` attributes and “Skip to Content” links, the site is not fully optimized for use with screen readers.

If you do not receive satisfactory responses through the contact option listed above, you may file a complaint with the Complaints Office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via theComplaints Office’s contact form.
The FFG reviews the complaints to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act—in particular, failures to comply with accessibility requirements—by the federal government or an institution under its jurisdiction.
If the complaint is justified, the FFG must issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the relevant legal entities and propose measures designed to remedy the existing deficiencies.
